terms:reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total rental. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy. Where reservations are made less than one month prior to occupancy, payment in full is required. All rent deposits and payments are non-refundable.

A security deposit of Euros 150 (up to six guests) or Euros 250 (7 - 10 guests) against damages is required at time of occupancy and refunded within 7 days of tenant departure, less any applicable compensation for tenant-incurred damages/heavy cleaning requirements.

Bed linens and towels are provided and a second set provided for tenants staying longer than one week. China, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. House is non-smoking, but tenants can smoke in outdoor areas. Pets considered.
